45 hour post-license course. This is the course that is required for Oklahoma Provisional Sales Associates (PSA) to complete in their first year (if your license was issued BEFORE Nov. 1, 2020) to obtain a Sales Associate (SA) license. If your PSA license was issued ON or AFTER Nov. 1, 2020, you must complete the 45hr post-license requirement within the first 6 MONTHS of licensure. This course covers applicable topics for 1st year real estate agents to help you succeed such as marketing real estate, prospecting leads, financing options, and much more.
